Preface
I really enjoy a nice warm, and sweet Cinnamon Roll. While at the Mayo Clinic for a few months with my spouse, I loved to escape to the Subway Level. There, they had both a Cinnabon and a Caribou Coffee across from each other. As a new baker, and mostly of sourdough bread, I thought Cinnamon Rolls were completely out of my league. Not shying away from a challenge, I searched for a recipe online that looked “doable”. Through just plain dumb-luck, I came across a recipe titled “No-Knead Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls” by Samantha Citro. I believe it only had about 15 reviews so I didn’t know what to expect. I’ll be the first to say: GREAT RECIPE!

Summary
Just try it! There’s an option to “Strengthen the Dough” which I did using a stand-mixer. If I had to make one small adjustment, I’d use less frosting. Doing so will allow the beautiful color of the rolls to shine through.
This was the first pastry type item I’ve ever attempted. Give it a try. Now, back to regular sourdough. I have the dough rising for a Focaccia tonight.
